These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between okww ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who registers an account or uses any service provided at okww.run. By accessing the okww platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment services, and support interactions available through okww. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. okww reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and play on okww, you must meet all of the following requirements:

okww may request proof of age or identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one okww account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your time as an okww player. This includes your full name, date of birth , contact number, and the mobile banking details used for transactions.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your okww account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or manage your funds. okww is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials.

• Keep your password unique and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options in your account settings.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

okww accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your okww wallet in BDT with no currency conversion applied. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit screen at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to your okww account instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• okww does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your okww wallet.

Withdrawal requests on okww are processed to the same mobile banking method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. You cannot withdraw to a different account or a different person's mobile banking number.

The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal screen. Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if your account is undergoing a routine verification check.

• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
• okww reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to your okww wallet and you will be notified of the reason.
• okww does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

okww offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. These terms include the wagering requirement, the eligible games, the minimum deposit required to activate the bonus, and the expiry date of the bonus funds.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• okww reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects the offer is being abused.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Placing bets that hedge or cancel each other out to meet wagering requirements is considered abuse and will result in bonus cancellation.

All games available on okww are operated using certified software from verified providers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the game's information screen. okww does not modify payout settings from the certified values provided by the game developer.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). okww has no ability to influence individual game outcomes. Results displayed on screen are final once a round is completed. If a technical fault occurs during a game round, the round may be voided and the bet amount returned to your wallet.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction, okww's decision on the outcome is final.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in any game format is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

• okww's maximum liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
